Use and eligibility
These Terms apply to ballrecall.io and its game, account, archive and sample features. Review them before playing or creating an account. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The Privacy Policy explains data handling. You must be at least 13. If below legal adulthood, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and purchases.
Accounts and fair play
Use an email address you control and keep sign-in links/codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not impersonate others, defeat security, automate submissions, create duplicate profiles to manipulate results, scrape private answer banks, overload the service or use it unlawfully. We may restrict abusive activity and will provide an explanation and a way to contact us where reasonably possible.
Game rules and scores
Question eligibility depends on the displayed coverage. Data and answers can contain errors. Rarity describes answer popularity, not a player's career achievements. Editorial baselines and prior accepted answers inform rarity, with scoring fixed for the day's round. We may correct errors and remove fraudulent/test scores. Only eligible daily attempts enter team standings. Only the first eligible paid archive attempt enters that set's distribution and unlocks players; replays and creator samples do neither. Scores, yards, collections and standings have no cash value and cannot be redeemed. There are no cash prizes or wagering through the game. Preseason records may reset with notice. Clearing browser data can lose anonymous progress.
Archive purchases
Daily play is free. When live sales open, the displayed archive offer is a one-time US $5 payment plus applicable tax, not a recurring subscription. The price and description at checkout control the offer purchased. Access includes the available preseason sets, past daily rounds as added and unlimited replays for the purchasing account while the archive service operates. This is a digital access license, not ownership or a promise that the service will exist forever. We will not add a recurring charge for that purchased archive access.
Use the purchase email to restore access across devices. A confirmed successful payment is required. Test checkout uses simulated funds and does not constitute a real paid purchase; never use real card details in test mode. Refunds or reversed/disputed payments may revoke access. Purchases cannot be resold. Stripe processes payment details.
Refunds and payment support
Archive purchases are final. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, including after playing archive rounds. This does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Contact ballrecallofficial@gmail.com about duplicate or incorrect charges, missing access, or a faulty service so we can correct the issue, restore access or provide an appropriate refund where required or where we cannot deliver the purchased access. Include the purchase email and receipt/order reference, never full card details. Refunded access may be removed. Your payment provider/bank determines when an approved refund arrives.
Availability and updates
We may update questions, presentation and features, perform maintenance, or suspend service for security or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any particular daily question or a minimum audience. If paid archive access is discontinued or a purchased benefit materially reduced, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and provide any refund or remedy required by law. Material Terms changes apply prospectively with notice and further agreement where required; they do not remove accrued consumer rights.
Content and creator permission
You have a limited personal license to play. You may share scores and record, stream or post your own gameplay, including monetized creator videos, without exposing private account/payment information, implying an endorsement or distributing private future questions/answer-bank dumps. This permission covers our game presentation, not rights in third-party footage, music or other material you add. Do not copy or resell the game itself.
Third-party data and sounds retain their licenses listed in credits. Ball Recall is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, its teams, players or the NFL Players Association. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Game information is for entertainment and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Responsibility and limitations
To the extent law permits, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted. Where lawful, total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. These limitations do not cover fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Contact and governing law
Contact ballrecallofficial@gmail.com so we can try to resolve problems. Colorado law governs to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections where you live. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive access to small-claims courts or other courts with jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
